The clamping nut of the ball joints can be used to influence the compressive force of the disc spring and thus the mobility of the ball. At the same time, the disc springs act as a screw lock for the clamping nut. Once the maximum compressive force of the disc springs has been reached, the ball is clamped directly with the clamping nut via the thrust piece onto the clamping screw. The max. tightening torque specified in the table should not be exceeded.
