Stainless steel ball lock pins are used to quickly fix, connect and secure individual parts or workpieces. A typical application are bearing bolts which have to be assembled and disassembled frequently. By pressing the spring-loaded push pin, the two balls are unlocked and locked again when released. Ball lock pins 113.4 are characterised by a compact, low-cost design. The eyelet is supplied unmounted. Ball lock pins are extremely resilient. The bolt is made of high-strength, hardened and wear-resistant material. In the technical appendix, the load capacities for the double-cut shear strength (breaking force) are given.
