Stainless steel full ball clamping screws (form AN) are used when a point clamping surface is desired. The flattened, movable ball enables the clamping or supporting of non-parallel surfaces while avoiding pressure points. The anti-rotation device (form VN/VRN) ensures that the ball can only be rotated by a maximum of 9°; this ensures that the surface is always clamped.
