The DTSB-40 offers full extension to the front and rear. This is made possible by an internal rocker mechanism that releases each bar in turn. Ideal for drawers where access from either side may be limited.
This is a full extension telescopic slide for heavy loads (40-350 kg/pair), suitable for a wide range of applications. At 550 mm, 1 pair has a full extension capacity of 350 kg.
Made of cold-drawn steel sections with machined ball tracks, the rails offer excellent shock and vibration resistance. Accordingly, the product is well suited to support emergency truck drawers and train seats.
Due to the extreme strength of the moving I-beam, this rail is robust to applied loads when extended, making it an excellent choice for dynamic applications. Unlike many other rails that are manufactured from rolled carbon steel sections. No plastic parts are used in the manufacture of this series, making it ideal for high temperature applications.
The rails are manufactured from cold drawn C45E+C steel in accordance with EN 10277. The standard ball cages are made of galvanized sheet metal and the ball bearings are made of carbon steel C85 G100 according to DIN 5401. A single DTSB-40 weighs 5.55 kg per meter.
