The DTSB-90 offers extreme overall expansion front and rear. This is made possible by an internal luffing mechanism that releases each beam in turn. It is ideal for full-length drawers or battery boxes on trains where access from either side may be limited.
This is a full extension telescopic rail for heavy loads (230-1050 kg/pair), suitable for a wide range of applications. With a length of 800 mm, 1 pair has a full extension capacity of 1050 kg.
Made of cold-drawn steel sections with machined ball tracks, the rails offer excellent shock and vibration resistance. Accordingly, the product is well suited to support emergency truck pumps, train battery boxes and bi-directional machine guards.
The release mechanism ensures that one support is held while the other is moved. Unlike other systems where the load is pulled through the carriage, causing misalignment of the ball cage and subsequent jamming.
Due to the extreme strength of the moving I-beam, this slide is robust to applied loads in the extended position, making it an excellent choice for dynamic applications. Unlike many other slides that are manufactured from rolled C-sections. No plastic parts are used in the manufacture of this series, making it ideal for high temperature applications. A single DTSB-90 weighs 19.18 kg per meter.
