The HEICO-LOCK wedge lock system is a high-quality locking device for demanding screw connections!
HEICO-LOCK wedge lock washers offer maximum safety, especially in the case of extreme vibrations or dynamic loads. When the screw is tightened, the external radial ribs of the HEICO-LOCK wedge lock washers form a positive fit in the respective counter-support. When the locking system is subjected to dynamic stress, only movement between the inner wedge surfaces is possible. This leads to an increase of the pretensioning force.
