Socket pins with axial locking are used for quick fixing, connecting and securing of various components. A typical application are bearing bolts which have to be mounted and dismounted frequently.
The rectangular pawls made of stainless steel sheet hold the plug-in bolt axially in the bore. The push button retracts them and when released the compression spring returns them to the locked position.
