HepcoMotion's miniature recirculating ball bearing guides feature four contact points with a 45° load angle. Two rows of balls are contained in each block, providing extremely smooth running along the entire travel path. These precision units offer exceptional load capacities in a small footprint, making them particularly well suited for medical, scientific and small assembly systems where high performance is required.
Because rails and blocks are made of stainless steel as standard, MLG and MLGB miniature
ball bearing guides can also be used in cleanrooms. The MLG rail is available in sizes from 5mm to 20mm as standard. For applications with laterally offset loads, a wider rail (MLGB) is particularly suitable. Both versions are HepcoMotion standard items and available from stock. Both MLG and MLGB blocks are supplied separately to the rails ready for assembly on a
plastic rail.
