Extensive functionality for demanding applications

  • Rebound sensor: The rebound module is snapped against the test object by a spring. Depending on the hardness of the object, the kinetic energy of the module is absorbed. The reduction in velocity is measured and converted into Leeb hardness values
  • External rebound sensor (type D) included
  • Mobility: the SAUTER HMM. offers maximum mobility and flexibility of use compared to stationary table-top instruments and hardness testers with internal sensor
  • Tests in all test directions (360°) using an automatic compensation function
  • Hardness comparison block included 790 ± 40 HL)
  • Supplied in a robust carrying case
  • Internal data memory for up to 600 measurement groups, with up to 32 individual values per group, from which the average value of the group is formed
  • Mini statistics function: displays measured value, average value, direction of measurement, date and time
  • Measured value display: Rockwell (B & C), Vickers (HV), Brinell (HB), Leeb (HL), tensile strength (MPa)
  • Automatic unit conversion: The measurement result is automatically converted into all named hardness units
