Made of 316l stainless steel (Inox), the SQSRT-70 four-beam telescopic slide with super extension allows the drawer to extend 150% of the closed length of the slide. A closed length of 1000 mm provides 1500 mm of travel with a low profile, ideal for use in vehicles where space is at a premium. The SQSRT-70 is an extremely heavy duty telescopic rail with super extension (120-220 kg/pair) suitable for a wide range of applications. At 600 mm, 1 pair has a full extension capacity of 220 kg.
It is made of milled stainless steel profiles with machined ball tracks for accuracy, and has excellent shock and vibration resistance. Accordingly, the product is well suited for supporting generators and working platforms, even at 150% over-extension. The beams and ball bearings are made of austenitic 316L. The end stop bolts are 304 stainless steel with 430 ferritic stainless steel cages to provide complete corrosion protection.
Accordingly, the product is well suited for supporting generators and batteries that must fully exit the vehicle and allow access from the rear. The SQSRT-70 is widely used in the fire department industry where portable bellhousings must leave the vehicle and provide space for a four-man hoist.
Due to the extreme strength of the movable I-beam, this slide is robust to the applied loads when extended, making it an excellent choice for dynamic applications. Unlike many other slides that are manufactured from rolled carbon steel sections. No plastic parts are used in the manufacture of this series, making it ideal for high temperature applications.
The SQSRT-70 slide is precision machined to ensure smooth operating movement and avoid problems associated with loose fit products.
