The Professional Range of Super Extension heavy duty rails manufactured from 6082 T6 aluminum and stainless bearings. Thanks to our standard manufacturing process, which involves milling extruded beams, we can supply these rails in virtually any aluminum desired. They are especially suited for military and airborne applications where the choice of the right material affects performance.
ADDTS rails offer 200% super extension as standard. The use of heavy-duty I-beams allows the rail to maintain stiffness in demanding applications where travel exceeds closed length by a factor of two.
The ADDTS-50 slide with a closed length of 500 mm has a travel of 1000 mm (1500 mm total) and a load of 80 kg per pair.
Made of 5 aluminum profiles, the ball bearing guide features high precision and excellent shock and vibration resistance when carrying a static load in the closed position. Therefore, the rail is well suited for mounting in vehicles and trains. The telescopic rail is designed in the proven I-beam format and offers a low overall height with a high load capacity.
Even when extended, this rail has a high load capacity and is therefore ideal for dynamic applications with high loads and torques with minimal deflection. Other variations can be manufactured with alternative closed lengths, extensions, mounting systems, surface treatments and ball bearings.
The ADDTS-50 is a high quality, smooth running full extension with machined ball races for accuracy and a light preload. The bearings, cages and end stops are stainless steel making the slide corrosion resistant. It is supplied with a standard anodized finish. Please contact our technicians if you want a different finish. A single ADDTS-50 weighs 6.98 kg per meter.
