The Professional range of heavy duty rails made from 6082 T6 aluminum and stainless bearings. Thanks to our standard manufacturing process, which involves milling extruded beams, we can supply these rails in virtually any aluminum required. They are especially suited for military and airborne applications where choosing the right material affects performance. All of our ADTS aluminum rails are interchangeable with the steel DTS variants to give the engineer more flexibility in a modular design.
It is a high quality, smooth, fully extendable guide with machined ball races for accuracy and a light preload. A variety of surface finishes are available. The bearings and end stops are stainless steel, providing a corrosion resistant guide. Rails are supplied with a standard anodized finish. Please ask our technicians for other available finishes.
The ADTS-70 slide is designed for light duty applications in wet environments, such as fire truck bellhousings, where steel slides corrode. The ADTS-70, with a load capacity of 330 kg over 600 mm, is suitable for vehicle-mounted drawer systems where corrosion and weight are a concern. There is a significant weight reduction in a fire unit with up to 32 drawers. This complements our non-corrosive tiltable drawer systems and handle locks. A single ADTS-70 weighs 5.44 kg per meter.
