Stainless steel hammerhead screws for T-slots can be inserted perpendicular to the slot. When tightened, the screw is positioned transversely and thus anchored in the groove. Accordingly, the screw is turned back when loosened and can be removed. The clamping surface of the screw is designed as a pointed serration, which ensures that any anodised layer is broken up in order to create an electrically conductive connection. Hammerhead screws are made from one piece or from two assembled parts.
