Stainless steel indexing plungers are used when the plunger pin should not protrude temporarily. The indexing pin is retracted by turning the latch by 180°. The detent notch enables holding in both positions. The square allows welding in any desired position. In order to avoid strong heating and thus a change in the spring properties, fixing with spot welds is recommended.
