The very sturdily dimensioned, scratch-resistant natural glass pane of the stainless steel oil sight glasses is sealed by an O-ring around the circumference of the pane, so that the tightness is independent of an axial contact pressure. The outer Ø of the oil sight glasses with the recessed hexagon is matched to the screw-in holes for pipe fittings DIN 3852. The sealing ring is embedded in a radial and flat-side recess. This means that the seal cannot be lost and, above all, cannot be squeezed out during tightening. Stainless steel oil sight glasses can also be used for vessels that are under pressure. Test series on the load capacity at overpressure and underpressure are available. Mounting instructions: Use mounting nuts for wall thicknesses below 4 mm.
