Stainless steel snap-in heads can be combined with snap-in joint sets to form snap-in joints. This allows, for example, handle bars and holder tubes or shelves and holders to be adjusted to each other at defined angles and positively connected. The angular position of the gearing is aligned with the connecting elements, ensuring an axis-parallel or right-angled arrangement.
Held together and centred by latching joint sets, the various shapes can be combined as required within the nominal sizes d1. Stainless steel compression springs can be placed between the detent heads during assembly to provide secure separation on release. Additional design options are provided by the compatibility of the indexing heads with indexing discs.
When welding on, shape E can be easily positioned and fastened to the mating piece via the locating holes d8 aligned with the toothing using clamping or positioning pins.
