Universally applicable for cleaning, derusting, smoothing, cleaning of weld seams, light deburring and removal of corrosion and paint. In order to meet the special requirements for processing stainless steel (INOX), PFERD uses wire quality 1.4310 (V2A) for all INOX brushes. Practical experience from the industrial environment confirms that it has very good corrosion resistance with optimum service life. All PFERD brushes with INOX trim are marked blue and are suitable for use on all stainless steels (INOX), such as V4A. Wire grade 1.4310 has a tendency to ferromagnetic behavior during work hardening, i.e. it is attracted to magnets.,The reason for this is a structural change caused by deformation, e.g. during wire drawing. This has no effect on the quality and corrosion resistance of the INOX trim. It retains its corrosion resistant properties. Stainless steel wire (INOX) can withstand temperatures up to 450 °C.
