Stainless steel indexing plungers are intended for use in hygienic areas and meet hygiene requirements on the knob and pin side (full hygiene) due to the additional sealing nut. Wipers between button and guide or guide and pin as well as sealing rings on guide and sealing nut keep the locking mechanism tight. At the same time, the high surface quality and the mounting without dead space prevent dirt from adhering and make cleaning easier.

Indexing plungers with form C indexing lock are used when the indexing pin should not protrude temporarily. For this purpose, the knob is turned by 90° after the pin has been retracted. The knob is held in this position by a detent notch.

Through holes on the housing must be made at right angles, burr-free and without chamfer. This ensures the function of the sealing rings.
