Pendulum elements are used in fixture construction, for example, for clamping workpieces, as a movable support or as a stop. The swivelling ball compensates for non-parallel contact surfaces of up to 10°. It is secured against further rotation. The O-ring holds the ball in position and at the same time prevents the ingress of dirt, thus ensuring a long service life and constant mobility.
