ARC/HRC linear guide is designed with four raceways in the O - variant. The steel balls transmit the force under a contact angle of 45 degrees. Due to the O - arrangement a higher torsional stiffness is given. Long lubrication intervals and thus minimal lubricant consumption Relubrication possible from all sides. High rigidity. Excellent dynamic properties : Vmax > 10 m/s, amax >500m/s². High static and dynamic moment loads possible. Same basic load ratings for all load directions. Compact design. Interchangeability. Guide rails can be bolted from above (screw head countersinking), as well as from below (thread). Reinforced steel covers on end faces as standard. Double lip seal as standard.
