The Professional range of heavy duty rails made from 6082 T6 aluminum and stainless bearings. Thanks to our standard manufacturing process, which involves milling extruded beams, we can supply these rails in virtually any aluminum desired. They are especially suited for military and airborne applications where the choice of the right material affects performance.
The ADTS-50 is a high quality, smooth running full extension rail with milled ball races for accuracy and a light preload. A variety of surface finishes are available. The bearings, cages and end stops are stainless steel making the slide corrosion resistant. Standard anodized finish is included. Please ask our technicians for other available finishes.
The ADTS-50, with a load capacity of 180 kg per pair over 550 mm, is designed for vehicle-mounted drawer systems where weight is a concern, but there are many other applications. In a fire unit with up to 32 drawers, there is a significant weight reduction. This complements our non-corrosive, tilting drawer systems and handle locks. A single ADTS-50 weighs 3.48 kg per meter.
