The DDTS chutes offer 200% super extension as standard. The use of heavy-duty I-beams allows the slide to maintain rigidity in demanding applications where travel exceeds the closed length by a factor of two.
The DDTS-110 slide, with a closed length of 750 mm, has a travel of 1500 mm (2250 mm total) with a load of 840 kg per pair. It is often attached to trailer platform extensions or to the entire trailer itself. By sub-extending the stroke, the load capacity and rigidity can be significantly increased.
Made of 5 cold-drawn steel sections, the ball-bearing guide features high precision and excellent shock and vibration resistance when carrying a static load in the closed position. Therefore, the rail is well suited for mounting in vehicles and trains. The telescopic rail is designed in the proven I-beam format and offers a low overall height with a high load capacity.
Even when extended, this rail has a high load capacity and is therefore ideal for dynamic applications with high loads and torques with minimal deflection. Other variations can be manufactured with alternative closed lengths, extensions, mounting systems, surface treatments and ball bearings.
The rails are made of cold drawn steel C45E+C according to EN 10277. Standard ball cages are made of galvanized sheet and ball bearings are made of carbon steel C85 G100 according to DIN 5401. A single DDTS-110 weighs 63.48 kg per meter.
