The spiral clamp enables clamping with a pull-down effect on various workpiece shapes with a low overall height.
Material
- Case-hardened and blue galvanized case-hardened steel
Assembly
- Make a thread at the appropriate distance L2 or L3 to the workpiece. L3 to the workpiece.
- Screw in the spiral clamp to the required height and place with the flat side to the workpiece.
- Insert the workpiece and tighten the clamping screw via the hexagon socket. With about 1/3 turn the clamping is realized.
Lubricate the threaded hole regularly.
The rotary movement during clamping must always be carried out in the direction of the stops to prevent the workpiece from turning away from the stops.
