The ride-on clamp pushable is used, among other things, when swivel movements are not possible due to the workpiece.
The clamps have the following advantages:
- Easy and quick workpiece change by moving the clamping claw forward or backward.
- The clamping range in horizontal direction is between l1 min. and l1 max.
- For workpiece change, the clamping claw can be shifted from l1 max. to the rear by the dimension l2.
- Quick clamping by hand via the clamping screw, the adjustable clamping lever or the eccentric clamping lever on both sides.
- The use of the positioning ring 23310.0350 enables a fixation of the clamping position. Here h1 min. increases by 7mm (stroke minus 7mm).
- Compact design, therefore low space requirement when clamping.
- Easy adaptation also to large clamping heights with the height cylinders.

Assembly
The ride-on clamps can be attached in two ways:
- with a nut for T-slots DIN 508 in a T-slot
- with the grub screw directly into the plate, e. g. e.g. of a fixture
The cylinder must rest fully.
Operation
- Push the clamping claw backwards.
- Insert the workpiece.
- Push the clamping claw forwards.
- Adjust the clamping position of the clamping claw via the knurled screw.
- Secure / counter the clamping position with the knurled nut.

The clamping height can be increased with height cylinders as well as with washers and reduced by clamping inserts.
