The sharpening block is used to restore the cutting ability of resin bonded diamond and CBN grinding wheels (e.g. after dressing with diamond dressing tools). The sharpening block is first impregnated with coolant and then fed in manually or by means of a device. By grinding the sharpening block, the cutting ability of the grinding wheels is restored very quickly.
