The Professional range of heavy duty rails made from 6082 T6 aluminum and stainless bearings. Thanks to our standard manufacturing process, which involves milling extruded beams, we can supply these rails in virtually any aluminum required. They are especially suited for military and airborne applications where the choice of the right material affects performance.
The ADTS-40 is a high quality, smooth running full extension rail with milled ball races for accuracy and a light preload. The bearings, cages and end stops are stainless steel, making the guide corrosion resistant. It comes with a standard anodized finish, please ask our technicians for other finishes.
The ADTS-40 slide has a light weight and a load of 125 kg per pair at 600 mm. Reinforced by the movable I-beam, which allows a very compact design for applications such as aircraft seats, where normally only a two-beam slide would fit. A single ADTS-40 weighs 2.24 kg per meter.
