HepcoMotion - GV3 carriage

HepcoMotion standard carriages are available for double-sided rails in all sizes and precision classes. Precision machined from aluminum alloy, the carrier plates are clear anodized. Carriages can be specified as pre-assembled units (Type AU) preset at the factory. Removable Carriages are equipped with double eccentric bearings so that the carriage can be removed directly from the rail. Technical Manual . The following bearing and lubrication options are available. Standard carriages incorporate split bearings consisting of two individual bearings on a common journal. This provides a degree of adjustability that provides smoother running, ease of adjustment, and greater tolerance of misalignment. One-piece bearings (DR) consist of a one-piece bearing body with a double-row ball bearing. This provides higher load carrying capacity, especially in the radial direction, and is less susceptible to dirt ingress.
