Clamping latches are used, among other things, to hold flaps, container lids and the like securely. Due to the dead centre override, they hold vibration-resistant. Via the stroke w1 of the clamping hook, the parts to be connected can be contracted by up to 5 mm during clamping. The adjustment range w2 is achieved via a spindle M5 of the clamping hook. The shape S and SV prevent an unintentional loosening of the clamping catch. Screws with a low head height, such as hexagon socket head cap screws DIN 6912, must be used for fastening these clamping latches. The holding force given in the table is a guide value for the possible static tensile stress of the clamping latch. Depending on the operating conditions, e.g. due to vibrations or impact stress, the holding force may be impaired. The counter hook is included in the scope of delivery.
