Track rollers are suitable for the construction of individual and space-saving track roller guides in conjunction with track rails.
The outer surfaces of the track rollers have a slightly crowned profile so that, in conjunction with the correspondingly shaped locating bearing track rails (form XT or XV), a precise, linear rolling motion over four contact points is achieved. The same applies to non-locating bearing guideways (form UT or UV), but with only two contact points.
In conjunction with the guideway, freedom from play or preload of several rollers can be determined by the user during assembly by using the eccentrically adjustable roller (form E).
The sealed rollers, which are lubricated for life, ensure high running performance.
