Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
The products are delivered all over the world.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the shipping weight:
Standard delivery DE: 5,95 €
Express delivery DE: 18,50 €
Bulky goods surcharge DE: 30,00 €
Surcharge for small quantities: 4,95 € for an order value below 50,00 € net.
From an order value of 200,00 € net, we deliver shipments free of cost.
In case of deliveries to the German Islands, an island surcharge of 35,70 € is charged on the dispatch costs.
If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
119 € / Euro pallet
Bulky goods surcharge DE: 35,70 €
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:
Standard delivery EU: 13,50 €
Express delivery EU: 28,50 €
Standard shipping non-EU foreign countries: 59,95 €
If the dispatch to foreign countries involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
120,00 €/ Euro pallet
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2-4 days, for deliveries abroad within 4-6 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
The minimum order value is: 50.00 €.
